Toronto GAA
June 26-27th Results
Monday, 28 June 2010

This past weekend extended the success that has been seen from Opening Day for the Toronto GAA and the 2010 season. There were a number of youth games and mens games featured at Centennial, while the ladies were in action on Wednesday night. In that game, Cusacks beat Durham easily, 5-10 to 1-03.

On Saturday, Ottawa beat Durham in Ottawa, 0-15 to 0-05 in an impressive showing by the Gaels. Ottawa ladies once again won by default as Durham ladies failed to travelled.

At Centennial Park on Sunday, Buffalo travelled up the QEW to play Brampton. Brampton won their 4th game of the season by beating Buffalo, 1-10 to 1-05. St. Pats took on the Toronto Gaels in the next game of the day, winning 3-11 to 0-03. In the third game of the day, St. Mikes took on St. Vincents in a rematch of last years Championship Final. With a strong showing from both sides, and some tough, hard football, St. Mikes remained undefeated, winning 1-14 to 1-04

With the long weekend upcoming, there will be no games this weekend. Have a great Canada Day and we'll see you at the Park on July 11th!
